Saturday evening we will have dinner, the rehearsal and then those of us on the "decorating committee" will be setting up. We don't need a huge amount of people for set up but if you would like to help feel free to call or email me at jergwed@gmail.com. Or just stay after the rehearsal!
Sunday the ceremony is at 2:00 PM. I am waiting to confirm with the photographer what time we will be taking pictures before hand. We may be doing as many of the group and some of the family pictures as we can before the ceremony. After the ceremony we will do the remainder of the pictures, and then we will enjoy the party!

Clean Up
We have a wonderful woman who is going to do the cleaning afterwards. We will have rental items that need to be returned, as well as items that belong to us. We will have items either listed or marked for those who are working on tear down, more details to follow.
Day Of...
We will hopefully be taking the many of the family and group pictures before the ceremony at the ceremony sight. As soon as I get the final word from the photographer I will let you all know!
Decorating Committee
We will be doing most of the setup on Saturday evening, 9/14, after dinner and the rehearsal. .
Participation is not required from everyone, but for those of you who are helping I wanted to have the details here if you need them.
We will meet at Sivers Center (where the reception will be). There is only so much we are able to set up that night so we will set out what we can and update the map as needed.
We have the rooms mapped out so that anything that needs to be done on Sunday by our Day-Of-Coordinator or the caterer can be handled with ease.

Rehearsal Details

Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 6 PM.
We will have dinner and then rehearse the goods for about an hour. Please join us in the SIVERS CENTER for a casual dinner. We will then hop over to the courtyard to rehearse.
DRESS IS CASUAL AND COMFORTABLE!
The map below is made for the vendors to find parking, but also shows where the ceremony will be. There should be enough parking on Saturday that we can pull into the middle driveway shown below. The driveway splits at the courtyard and we will meet at the stairs below the statue. Go left or right at the split for parking. Public parking is open, do not park in the few "temporary loading" labelled spots please, these are for residents only.
If this parking lot is full there is street parking and parking across the street at the Boy Scouts building.
